L’oeuvre Leger, a major long-time partner, is based in Quebec, Canada. Its mission is to support groups that helps restore human dignity in Canada and around the world. Currently, Leger supports about 50% of KEOFI”s annual budget, particularly Child Care program
Kindernothilfe (KNH) is a non-governmental organization based in Duisburg, Germany, aims to give needy young people in more than 20 countries a good start in life including basic education, vocational training, nutrition, clothing and medical care as well as community-oriented support to the parents, KNH also lobbies for children rights. KNH supports KEOFI’s Community Development programs constituting 15% of its budget.
Sumitomo Metal Mining Company (SMM) – one of Japan’s largest and most important companies, generously decided to support Kaibigan for an initial period of 3 years in 2012. SMM donations are supporting Kaibigan’s scholarship, community development and livelihood programs
Lloyd George Asia Foundation (LGAF) Based in Hongkong, LGAF – a charitable foundation supporting child-focused projects in south east Asia – has supported Kaibigan, mostly through scholarships for college and technical/vocational education, over the past five years.
Life Bank Foundation Inc. (LBFicrofinance organization based in Iloilo City. KEOFI partnership with LBF was designed to combine the respective strengths of the two organizations and provide social services to selected poor communities in district 5 of Manila. The project includes Reproductive Health and Pulmonary Tuberculosis services.
Simon Drew Foundation (SDF) is a UK-based charitable foundation established in 2009 to provide educational and developmental opportunities for young people and developing countries. Kaibigan is the SDF’s first designated beneficiary. SDF is expected to support the college and vocational education of around 30 choral and theater group children.
ADB Staff Community Fund (ADB – SCF) gives grants to projects in Metro Manila, with particular emphasis on assisting children, the sick, disabled and the most disadvantaged members of our community. ADB SCF once again joined Kaibigan Foundation in the implementation of various services

Non-governmental Organizations and schools such as Philippine Educational Theater Association, Foundation for Adolescent Development, Museo Pambata, Bahay Tuluyan, Stairway Foundation, Family Planning Organization of the Philippines, Technological University of the Philippines, University of the Philippines (PAHINUNGOD), De La Salle University (College of St. Benilde and COSCA- Center of Social Concern and Student affairs) , City College of Manila (College of Social Work), Concordia College & Don Bosco (Kalentong and Tondo).KEOFI also receives support from socio-civic organizations, corporations, groups, associations and clubs such as Australian-New Zealand Association, The Propeller Club, Mad Dogs, The American Women’s Club, Asian Development Bank – Staff Community Fund and Dunkin Donuts.
KEOFI is also closely affiliated with the Department of Social Welfare and Development, Philippine Council for NGO Certification, National Council of Social Development, Metro West Cluster and Kindernothilfe Luzon Cluster.
